Location: Various Sites | Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: Dependent on experience Overview We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Scaffolder with valid GWO certification to join our growing team supporting major infrastructure projects across wind energy and National Grid sites. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of renewable energy and power transmission, supporting safe access solutions for turbines, substations, and high-voltage infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffold structures on wind turbines, substations, and related infrastructure. Working at height and in confined spaces in line with GWO safety standards. Maintaining compliance with National Grid requirements and site-specific safety protocols. Collaborating with site engineers, rope access technicians, and HSE teams. Completing scaffold inspections, risk assessments, and safety documentation. Qualifications CISRS Scaffolder Certification (Part 2 or Advanced preferred). At least 2 years’ experience in industrial or offshore scaffolding. Strong understanding of health & safety regulations. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel. Offshore or Wind Turbine industry experience. Confined space or rescue training. National Grid Person Training.
