Cohen Seglias has an opening in our Washington DC office, a 2025 Best Places to Work by the Washington Business Journal, for a partner-level government contracts attorney with government contracts experience. Expertise may include a broad range of government contracting matters, including bid protests, REAs and claims, joint venture agreements, teaming agreements, subcontract reviews and performance counseling, contract terminations, suspension and debarment proceedings and providing guidance on procurement programs across the federal government. Candidates must have a minimum of seven years of experience and a self-sustaining practice with a minimum of $500,000 in portable business.
