General Utility Receiving Tech - Part-Time - 2nd Shift

General Utility Receiving Techs are critical to success at FritoLay! Although you will start with FritoLay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. This job can open the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo. In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing:

• Unloading and loading new and used cartons, incoming raw materials, plant supplies, and plant equipment
• Analyze production schedule and provide cartons as needed for production and monitor inventory levels to ensure no outages
• Provide seasoning samples to QA for testing
• Maintain department at AIB levels at all times
• Coordinate activities with processing, packaging, and maintenance to ensure materials are available for use and that materials meet Frito-Lay specifications
• Operate heavy equipment including stand up forklifts, sit down forklifts, and the ACS (Automated Carton Sorter)
• Execute weekly inventory with 100% accuracy

We are open 24 hours a day, which means you may not have a typical schedule. As a General Utility Tech, weekends or holidays may be required. Its a physical job! If you have never worked in a warehouse or manufacturing environment before, you should understand that you will be on your feet the entirety of your shift. General Utility Techs are expected to stay on the line until relieved for break. Were seeking individuals who are flexible, committed, and safety-focused.

Here are the minimum qualifications of this job:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift
• You can stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You can climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You can lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
