Job Requirements

• Should have a basic understanding of how to use hand and power tools and able to repair/replace basic household items.
• Able to Learn hands-on and follow direction from Craftsman/Manager
• Strong Communication, organizational, and detail oriented skills
• Must have a car, truck, van or SUV - no rideshare or public transportation
• Must have current driver's license and insurance
• Must have a smartphone and access to the Internet
• All applicants will be required to complete a background check
• Effective problem-solving for homeowners and exceeding their expectations
• Follow safety standards - because shortcuts aren't worth the risk!
• Represent our company with professionalism and pride on every job
• Basic hand tools & tool pouch
• Must be comfortable working with ladders
• Must be located within 30 miles of the Lansing area
