• Install LED light strips on racks according to specifications and instructions

• Meet or exceed the hourly production goal of 15 strips per hour

• Work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment

• Inspect LED strips and racks for quality and correct placement

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow

• Ability to work the 5:00 PM 1:30 AM shift

• Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Ability to meet production goals in a fast-paced setting

• Previous general labor or light assembly experience is a plus, but not required

• Must be reliable and punctual
