Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will support various production and operational activities to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, operating basic machinery, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting skilled workers as needed. The ideal candidate is physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
• Operate basic machinery and hand tools under supervision
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Report equipment malfunctions or unsafe conditions to supervisors
• Support skilled workers and machine operators as needed
• Perform general warehouse duties such as palletizing, sweeping, and waste disposal

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing or general labor is a plus
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move for extended periods
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and guidelines
• Willingness to work in a team and follow instructions
• Flexible to work various shifts and overtime if required

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced, physically demanding setting
• Exposure to loud noises, machinery, and varying temperatures
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided and required

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Evening shift 4pm to 12:30am
• Must be available to work weekends
