The PRIMEDIA Network ( today takes in over $50-100 million in unsold ad inventory each week and offers instant pre-negotiated, discounted ad spot rates on 1000 plus local network TV stations including ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, and CW stations in 180 markets nationwide.
PRIMEDIA is also 2000 Local Radio Stations, 100 Plus National Cable Stations, 100 National Newspapers, every major Streaming Platform and 1000’s of Billboards across the country -- all with pre-negotiated discounted ad spot rates – all accessible to purchase within minutes and available to run on immediately.
This is literally “one stop shopping” for businesses looking to purchase all types of media advertising in an instant (similar to how Hotels Dot Com sells off unsold Hotel rooms nationwide). There is no ad agency or media buying agency in the country that can do what PRIMEDIA can do.We are looking for an experienced fundraising consultant to help us start a money raise effort with Private Investors including, but not limited to, Accredited Investors, Angel Investors, Private Equity Investors, Venture Capital Firms, Crowdfunding, etc.
We have a PPM, Subscription Agreement and have a 506 C registered with the SEC.
We are looking to raise $10 to $20 million in our first round of funding and eventually will be looking to go public.
We need a fundraising consultant expert who has raised money for companies. If you are good at what you do and can work an accredited investor list as well as leads that come off of the several online investor sites, you can and will make really good money. This position is full-time and does pay a base draw (with outbound call quotas) and very lucrative commissions.
