Overview
Founded in 2018, Ratio Real Estate is a Florida-based real estate company led by Broker/CEO Veronica Li. We serve clients from around the world, helping them invest and purchase properties in Florida while providing a full range of real estate services, including buying, selling, rental property management, and investment consulting. With a professional team experienced in the Orlando and Miami markets, we are committed to delivering trusted and tailored solutions for every client.

We are looking for a bilingual (English and Mandarin Chinese), detail-oriented, proactive, and communicative individual to support our Broker and Property Manager in daily operations. No real estate license is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Broker, including handling emails, phone calls, texts, and other correspondence promptly and professionally on behalf of the Broker
• Assist the Property Manager with rental management tasks, including coordinating with vendors, homeowners, and tenants
• Prepare marketing materials and property/project write-ups for listings and new developments promoted by the company
• Draft and post marketing content and social media updates for the company (e.g., Instagram, Xiaohongshu, YouTube)
• Coordinate and schedule property showings, confirming times with clients and agents
• Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned to support the Broker and company objectives

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Proficient with office software and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Xiaohongshu, YouTube)
• Responsible, reliable, and a strong team player

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility required for evenings or weekends to accommodate business needs.

Work Location

• In-person at our Winter Garden, FL 34787 office, with occasional travel within a 25-mile radius as needed.
