We are seeking an experienced project manager to join our Aviation Architecture team in Chicago, IL; Detroit, MI; or Columbus, OH. Responsibilities include managing medium to large projects, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, developing and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals, and ensuring project quality control. Travel may be required (up to 50%). Qualifications: A professional degree in architecture, engineering, or related field from an accredited institution. At least 7 years of related experience, including 5 years of technical work and 2 years of project management. Alternatively, no degree but at least 11 years of relevant experience including technical work and project management. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects, particularly in aviation or government sectors, developing new clients, maintaining relationships, and mentoring staff. Professional licensure (architecture with NCARB certification) and credentials such as LEED AP, WELL AP, or Guiding Principles Compliance are highly preferred.
