Consilio is seeking a dynamic Executive Legal / Attorney Recruiter for the Pittsburgh office of a top 200 ranked law firm who will will play a key role in sourcing legal and government relations candidates. Candidate must have attorney recruitment experience and a solid pipeline and understanding of the greater Pittsburgh legal market.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is needed, along with 7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the legal industry or at a law firm as well the ability to travel to meet with candidates and/or facilitate interviews.
