The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of transforming the lives of children and families in crisis. The Executive Director will be responsible for both internal leadership and external engagement, with a primary focus on developing, organizing, and implementing a comprehensive fundraising program and strategies for the region. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred.
