About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Fundraising to lead its philanthropic efforts and sustain its mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies to engage alumni, families, and friends. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, a deep understanding of the philanthropic landscape, and the ability to inspire others to support the School's mission. A strategic and collaborative approach is essential, as is the capacity to communicate effectively and represent the School with integrity and passion. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred, along with significant experience in a related field.
