About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of 340B, Inventory, and Supply Chain Management with a strong background in finance and a deep understanding of complex systems. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, a strategic thinker, and possess strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include overseeing the 340B program, supply chain for various pharmacy settings, and home medical equipment within the health system. The role demands a focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness across all supply chain operations, in alignment with the health system's supply chain. The Executive Director will also be involved in purchasing negotiations, chairing committees, and leading performance improvement initiatives to reduce expenses associated with patient care products and equipment. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in supply chain management, particularly in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical equipment. A minimum of 5 years' experience in the 340B program and/or related supply management is required, along with a strong financial and budgeting background. The role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maximizing program benefits for the health system. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader, capable of managing day-to-day operations, and will be responsible for the strategic development and monitoring of the 340B program.
