We are currently seeking a professional, innovative and enthusiastic Executive Director for our Central and Northern Missouri Chapter, based in Columbia, Missouri.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: As the leader of the Central & Northern Missouri Chapter of the American Red Cross, you will be at the forefront of creating lasting, transformative change in the communities we serve. You'll act as a dynamic ambassador, building deep relationships with key community leaders, businesses, and elected officials, while cultivating an influential Board of Directors to champion the Red Cross mission. With strategic vision and inclusive leadership, you will inspire a high-performing team of volunteers and employees to expand our reach and achieve ambitious goals in fundraising, blood collection, and program service delivery. Your visionary planning and key role on the Missouri-Arkansas Regional Leadership Team will ensure that the Red Cross remains an integral force for good, empowering communities and making a lasting impact.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):
Other : Proficient with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Preferred Residence of: Jefferson City or Columbia, MO
Travel: Ability to travel within Region. This position is NOT eligible for relocation assistance.
The salary range for this position is $65,000-$77,000/yr (plus incentive)
This job will be posted for a minimum of five business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded.
Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role
You will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan based on annual individual and organization performance
