We’re looking for a high-impact Executive Assistant to support our CEO and founding team. This isn’t a traditional EA role—it’s a high-ownership position for someone who wants to build a world-class company from the ground up.

🎯 What you'll do:

• Own scheduling and coordination for execs, customers, investors, and partners
• Manage travel, trade shows, and team events with precision and creativity
• Lead recruiting logistics—from interviews to onsite visit days
• Run point on office ops, vendors, and internal logistics
• Drive investor relations: help draft updates, coordinate meetings, and maintain records
• Keep our docs organized and help with contracts, NDAs, and onboarding
• Go above and beyond to solve problems before anyone notices them
