Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Detroit, MI

Duration: 12-month contract with contract renewal

Setting: Hybrid (Monday and Friday work from home)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant. This role requires exceptional

administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and

discretion. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to project management directors and staff,

ensuring seamless operations and effective coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence related to organization’s initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between executives, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Assist in project tracking, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring follow-ups on key action items.
  • Maintain documentation, organize project files, and oversee confidential records management.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking deliverables.
  • Handle expense reports and budget tracking in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and implement efficient administrative workflows.
  • Act as a point of contact for vendors, consultants, and other external stakeholders.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel—able to create and manage calendars, design compelling presentations, and analyze data efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within a project-driven organization.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
