Part-Time Events Coordinator (Contract)
Location Denton, TX | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
• $30/hr
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (20 hours/week)
• Tentative Start Date: 1/12/2026
• 1-year duration
ROLE IMPACT
This part-time role is critical to the seamless coordination of internal meetings and corporate events. You'll ensure smooth scheduling, vendor bookings, and logistics execution to support a professional and well-organized work environment. Your contributions will enhance day-to-day operations—without the demands of a full-time schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate logistics for internal meetings and corporate events
• Arrange catering and manage food service for meetings
• Schedule and book vendors, venues, and restaurants
• Prepare meeting spaces with necessary supplies and communication materials
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• MUST HAVE a minimum of 3+ year experience in corporate or venue event coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Email and calendar tools (e.g., Outlook or Google Calendar)
• Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity suite
• Phone and vendor communication systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience coordinating corporate events or executive meetings
• Familiarity with vendor negotiation and booking
• Background in fast-paced administrative environments
• Pre-employment process includes skills testing, drug screening, and background check
