About the Role:
I’m currently working with a reputable and well-established company in the commercial drywall space that is looking to bring on a Project Manager to join their team in the Louisiana market.
This role is focused primarily on commercial drywall projects, with the added benefit of supporting estimating efforts when needed. Experience with Plexus and WinBid is helpful but not required.
While prior experience managing commercial drywall projects is preferred, my client is open to training the right individual who demonstrates strong potential, a great work ethic, and a desire to grow in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of commercial drywall projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Support estimating and preconstruction efforts when necessary
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and jobsite performance
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and resolve issues as they arise
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management (required)
• Experience in commercial drywall project management is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Plexus and WinBid is a plus
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow within the company
