Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and communications. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computers and various software applications. A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow professionally. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
