Pay Rate: Starting from $60/hour
Position Overview:We are seeking dedicated and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) to join our dynamic healthcare teams in Cobleskill, NY & Little Falls, NY . ER RNs are critical to providing prompt, quality care to patients with urgent and life-threatening conditions.
Key Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Triage patients and prioritize care based on acuity.
Administer medications, start IVs, perform EKGs, and assist with diagnostic procedures.
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following hospital and nursing standards.
Valid RN license in the state of New York
Minimum of 1 year of recent ER nursing experience (preferred)
Current BLS , ACLS , and PALS certifications required
TNCC certification (preferred or must be obtained within 6 months of hire)
Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills
