SALARY: $104,800 - $124,450 per year, plus bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Electrical Process Engineer is a technical expert at the Fort Collins Brewery and will need to be a hard worker who isn't afraid of a challenge. This is a highly technical role, so candidates will need to demonstrate an ability to understand complex electrical systems. We are looking for a candidate who can succeed in a fast paced, always evolving, and world class work environment. Additionally, you can expect to:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead learning and development initiatives to improve the technical knowledge and skill set of operators and technicians within area of expertise.
Contribute to improvements in controls system performance by ensuring timely and quality issues resolution.
Guide brewery technology staffs, peer support teams, contractors and vendors in execution of responsibilities to standards.
Promote and enforce effective change management, support transition and support escalation processes for various design and implementation teams.
Execute on various target, KPI and staff initiatives to drive improvement objectives.
Develop, Document, & Implement process improvements to make the Brewery teams more effective and efficient.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related degree.
Minimum 3 or 4 years’ experience in Engineering, Infrastructure or Brewery Systems Controls Support
Well-developed cross-functional problem solving & multi-tasking abilities, leads by example, acts as an owner, results oriented & strong customer focus skills
Experience with software architecture, diagnostics and integration with plant floor automation systems, MES applications and infrastructure technologies.
Experience with variable frequency drives, motors, instrumentation.
Structured controls and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Team Lead / Management experience a plus
Plant experience and/or background supporting US Brewery Automation & Infrastructure technologies a plus
