Position Purpose

This role is responsible for designing, building, optimizing, and supporting solutions across multiple clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, intuitive, and efficient solutions aligned with business needs while improving user experience and system performance.

Key Must-Haves

3+ years Dynamics 365 experience.

Experience with at least two of: D365 Sales, Service, Marketing.

Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.

Able to translate requirements into workflows, forms, dashboards, and entities.

Functional client-facing communication experience.

Bonus: Business Central experience.

Core Responsibilities

  • Configure applications using Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other related solutions to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
  • Translate functional specifications into technical components such as forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Configure Power Automate flows, Dataflows as needed to meet business requirements.
  • Configure CoPilot Studio as needed to support internal and client needs related to agents.
  • Build and maintain data models, including entities, relationships, and business rules to support application functionality.
  • Participate in testing and debugging, ensuring applications meet performance, usability, and reliability standards.
  • Follow established development standards, including naming conventions, documentation practices, and version control procedures.
  • Support deployment activities, including packaging solutions, migrating configurations, and validating releases across environments.
  • Act as a business analyst to clarify requirements and refine user stories during development cycles.
  • Maintain platform security settings, including user roles, permissions, and data access controls as directed.
  • Stay current with platform updates, learning new features and contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the team.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform with hands-on experience configuring Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, including forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Experience with automation and data integration using Power Automate flows and Dataflows.
  • Familiarity with Copilot Studio for configuring and managing conversational agents.
  • Strong data modeling skills for building and maintaining entities, relationships, and business rules within Dataverse.
  • Competence in testing and debugging to ensure application performance, usability, and reliability.
  • Knowledge of development standards, documentation practices, and version control tools such as Git.
  • Experience in deployment and environment management, including packaging solutions, migrating configurations, and validating releases.
  • Capability to perform business analysis by clarifying requirements and refining user stories during development cycles.
  • Understanding of platform security settings, including user roles, permissions, and data access controls.
