Job Description

The PROCEDEO Group is seeking an Administrative Professional to serve as a Document Controls Specialist to serve our client in Desoto, Texas (southside of Dallas). This new Specialist will lead the management and oversight of OPEX for the construction and design teams, ensuring all tasks, projects, and financial data are consistently updated and in alignment with company objectives.

Responsibilities will include documenting meeting minutes for all team meetings and client meetings, maintaining and organizing all project files, assisting with pay applications, overseeing open records requests, routing invoices, and communicating with all team members within both PROCEDEO and our building partners.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of experience as an administrative assistant or project coordinator
• Must possess the highest level of integrity and a positive attitude
• Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam and/or Docusign is a plus!
• Works independently and as part of a departmental team in executing a variety of projects
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail
• Proactive problem solver
• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
• Must work well in a team environment and be committed to client service
• A valid Driver’s License
• This is an exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the employee is not eligible for overtime compensation.
