Role DetailsThe ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly with clients and teammates, and independently drives performance improvements. Youll manage campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, MNTN, StackAdapt, and others, working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable growth for our clients.Paid social experience is a plus, as is familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Campaign Execution & OptimizationPlatform Management: Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, MNTN, StackAdapt, and other key programmatic and CTV platforms.Optimization: Analyze performance metrics and implement data-backed optimizations to improve ROI, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.Budget Management: Monitor pacing and spend, ensuring budgets are optimized and aligned with client goals.Creative & Audience Testing: Conduct A/B tests across targeting, creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to drive incremental gains.Emerging Platforms: Stay current on industry trends and explore new channels, ad formats, and optimization strategies.Data Analysis & ReportingPerformance Analysis: Collect and analyze campaign data to uncover actionable insights and trends.Reporting: Distill complex metrics into clear insights for client presentations and actionable strategies.Technical Support: Leverage tools like GA4 and Google Tag Manager to support campaign tracking and attribution (bonus, but not required).Competitive Research: Conduct ongoing competitor and industry analysis to inform strategy.Client & Team CollaborationClient Communication: Act as a clear and proactive communicator, contributing to client calls, performance reviews, and strategic discussions.Team Support: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to implement best practices and troubleshoot issues.Campaign Documentation: Maintain organized, detailed records of campaign structures, optimizations, and client communications.Skills & QualificationsRequired3+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a focus on paid search (Google/Microsoft), programmatic display, and CTV.Proven experience managing paid media campaigns with monthly budgets of $100K+ per client.Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data to drive decision-making.Proficiency in building and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, MNTN, StackAdapt, or similar platforms.Highly organized, proactive, and independent, with strong attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly present data and recommendations to clients and internal teams.A collaborative team player who thrives in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.BonusExperience with paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).Familiarity with measurement and attribution models in performance marketing.Working with PAZ AnalyticsAt PAZ Analytics, you'll work alongside a collaborative team of marketing and analytics professionals who value autonomy, respect, and results-driven work.
