The Sophia Way, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women to overcome homelessness, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Unpaid Database Intern to join our dynamic team. As our Database Intern, you'll gain invaluable, hands-on experience in every facet of nonprofit development-from fundraising and volunteer management to event orchestration and social media marketing. You'll move beyond the theoretical and into the practical, learning how to apply constituent research and campaign evaluation to design initiatives that align with our strategic vision. This internship will work 15-30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The intern will have the ability to work remotely/from home with occasional required in-person attendance at the main office during business hours for collaboration and team meetings.
