We are seeking a skilled Project Manager person to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and coordination, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Utilize construction management software such as JobTread and BuilderTread for project tracking and reporting.
• Work closely with the superintendent and general contractor
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety regulations, and ensure compliance with contracts and specifications.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Perform construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets for upcoming projects.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow efficiency on-site.
• Perform plumbing, framing, finished carpentry, HVAC, tile or electrical skilled trades
• 5+ years experience

Experience

• Skilled trade for over 5+ years
• Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematic interpretation is essential.
• Previous experience working on construction sites is highly desirable for practical oversight of operations.
• Must keep jobsites clean and safe
• Must be organized
• Spanish speaking is a plus
