Ampla Health is seeking a Dental Sterilization Technician to support our dental team by maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient environment. The DST is responsible for sterilizing instruments, setting up and breaking down treatment rooms, and ensuring all infection control and OSHA standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment
• Set up and break down dental operatories between patients
• Maintain sterilization logs and perform quality control checks
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
• Follow all infection control, OSHA, and safety protocols
• Support dental providers and team members as needed
• Assist with patient flow and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of Dental Practice Act/Law & Ethics and 8-hour OSHA/Infection Control course
• Current CPR certification
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Previous dental or sterilization experience preferred
