What You'll Be Doing

• Operate yard loader to move and load bulk materials safely and efficiently
• Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs or safety concerns
• Assist with railcar and truck loading/unloading operations
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safe operations
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate material flow

What Are We Looking For

• Skilled in operating heavy equipment in an industrial or outdoor setting
• Strong awareness of safety procedures and hazard recognition
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable working in physically demanding and fast-paced environments
• Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and operational checks

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
• Must meet company and regulatory safety standards

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands of the Job

• Ability to sit, stand, and operate heavy equipment for extended periods
• Frequent climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Manual dexterity to operate controls and perform equipment inspections
• Visual and auditory ability to safely navigate active work zones
• Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
