Job Title: Data Entry Personnel (Excel)
Location: North York, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: Immediate

Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to assist with short-term data input tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing records and accurately entering information into Excel spreadsheets. This role requires a high level of accuracy, focus, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret data from provided records

• Input information into Excel spreadsheets with precision

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of all entries

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Perform basic quality checks to identify and correct errors

• Follow outlined procedures and timelines for data entry tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience with data entry or administrative tasks preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, formatting)

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Reliable and punctual with a professional work ethic

Additional Information:

• This is an on-site position; a workstation and computer will be provided

• Role is temporary, expected to last 2 - 4 weeks
