Key Responsibilities Support adherence to a rigorous Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance program as per NISPOM/DAAPM, JSIG, ICD 503, STIGs, and NIST publications. Partner with the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to maintain Authority to Operate (ATO) approvals for systems by following RMF procedures. Assist cybersecurity efforts throughout the RMF process, including enforcing System Security Plans, POA&Ms, and auditing security controls. This role requires full-time onsite work at a BAE Systems facility due to the need for in-person collaboration. Minimum Qualifications SECRET Clearance High School Diploma with 3+ years of experience or a Degree with 2+ years of experience IAM Level I certification or ability to obtain within 6 months Strong motivation, initiative, and adaptability Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently Organizational skills and ability to interface with various security disciplines Basic understanding of networks, systems, and computer functions Relevant coursework in technical disciplines Preferred Qualifications Top Secret Clearance Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Advanced IAM certification Knowledge of system functions, security policies, and security technologies Experience with auditing, compliance, and vulnerability scanning tools Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $77,809 - $132,275.
