They are looking for a dynamic Customer Success Manager to lead the charge in delivering unforgettable client experiences and driving meaningful relationships.

What you will do:

• Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
• Retention & Expansion: Drive high retention rates and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer goals.
• Proactive Engagement: Monitor customer health, anticipate risks, and implement strategies to mitigate churn.
• Success Planning: Develop customized success plans to align our solutions with customer business objectives.
• Champion client satisfaction by understanding their goals and helping them unlock the full potential and solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer journeys and maximize value delivery
• Lead onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies that inspire loyalty and long-term partnerships
• Be the voice of the customer—advocating feedback and driving product improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in SaaS/Tech.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving measurable success
• Exceptional listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, manage escalations, and collaborate cross-functionally for resolutions.
• Comfortable analyzing usage data to derive insights and guide customer strategy.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple priorities with a proactive attitude.
