Job Description

The Tesla Body Repair Program is seeking a Collision Customer Service Representative to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position will involve supporting the Internal Body Shop in all aspects of its Authorized Collision Program

Responsibilities

• Work scheduling maintenance
• Vehicle arrival preparation
• Customer communication and expectations
• Rental coordination and hand off
• Vehicle status updates
• Material and supplies reordering
• Repair review and delivery

Requirements

• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public
• Must be willing to train others
• Ability to work independently in limited supervision environments
• Microsoft Office experience, preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions
• Certificate from Vocational School in Collision Repair, preferred

Expected Compensation
$17.48 - $31.92/hour + cash and stock awards + benefitsPay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
