Position: CrowdStrike Consultant (W2 Contract)

Location: Pennington, NJ/Charlotte, NC/Plano, TX (Hybrid model) - 3 days onsite

Duration: 36 months

Client: Financial Client

Responsibilities:

• Support the health and welfare for CrowdStrike (implementation of policies, blocks and exclusions)
• Support McAfee; ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO), Endpoint Security (ENS), Application Control(whitelisting), Data Loss Prevention Endpoint (DLPe)
• Provide support for health and wellness (monitoring, implementation of policies, implementation of exclusions / tasks, and new product version upgrades)
• Support the Infrastructures for (BitLocker and Cyber Gatekeeper) and will be the daily responsibility of the candidate as well
• Interface with various Engineering teams, Vendors, Product Managers and Support teams to resolve complex issues, perform upgrades and provide project support

Requirements:

• 1+ years engineering experience
• 2+ years working experience with the CrowdStrike product
• 2+ years working experience with McAfee suite of products (Application Control, ePO, ENS, DLP)
• Hands-on experience of ePO configuration, policies, DAT, Exclusions, OAS & ODS, system tree, queries
• Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Must be a team-player and have experienced leading the technical aspects of a project
• 2+ years 2nd level support or higher of Desktop break/fix
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of Active Directory
• Familiarity of ITIL and ITSM (Remedy)

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of BitLocker and Cyber Gatekeeper
• SQL Database experience is helpful
• Server Support experience is helpful
• Automation skills to reduce manual activities
• Proven team player who can work comfortably in a multicultural environment
• Proven ability to work independently, multi task and effectively work in a complex environment with a global team structure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong influencer, facilitator, and collaborator
• Detail oriented and organized
• Must be pro-active, enthusiastic, flexible, results driven with attention to detail
