CRO Specialist (Remote – Worldwide)

Hours: 20–40 hours per week
Compensation: $3,000–$4,000/month
A fast-growing DTC brand in the pet products space is looking for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to lead and implement strategies that enhance the customer journey and drive online sales. You’ll be at the forefront of improving website performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data to make smart, impactful decisions.
This is a high-impact, fully remote role offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work with a passionate, agile e-commerce team.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute data-driven CRO strategies to improve the online shopping experience and boost conversion rates.
Identify high-priority optimization opportunities using quantitative and qualitative insights.
Design, implement, and test CRO solutions in Shopify , leveraging Figma for wireframes and prototypes.
Conduct A/B and multivariate tests , analyze results, and recommend actionable improvements.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and the ROI of optimization efforts.
Collaborate closely with design, product, and development teams to align CRO initiatives with business goals.
Proven track record of success in CRO , ideally in a DTC or e-commerce environment.
Proficiency with tools like Figma , Shopify , and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, Convert, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset .
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and execute with minimal oversight.
Mid-level to senior-level experience in conversion optimization.
Comfortable working across global time zones in a fully remote setup.
