Position Summary

The Crew Foreman is responsible for directing and overseeing underground utility operations in the field. This role involves leading a crew, ensuring efficient and safe work practices, and maintaining project schedules. The position offers a guaranteed 5-day work week

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a crew in underground utility operations.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Operate and maintain equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues.
• Communicate effectively with the Foreman Director. • Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans.
• Education & Experience Proven experience in utility operations.
• Valid driver's license.
• OSHA certifications (preferred)
