Job Position: Lead Superintendent

Work Location: Orlando, FL

Project type: Mid-rise multifamily

Salary: $115-120k base(experience building multifamily projects ground-up through completion as a lead)

For this position we are looking for a superintendent with prior experience working on multifamily projects, so if you’re a seasoned superintendent and want to continue to work on multifamily construction projects that are making a huge impact on the community, look no further. As a Superintendent, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Manage a jobsite working around.
• Direct the day-to-day coordination of trade contractors and their subcontractors.
• Develop, document, and communicate the work plan regarding changes made in the field.
• Act as the primary safety representative in the field.
• Communicate schedule status, updates, and changes to the Project Team and Trade Contractors.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage jobsite logistics.
• Oversee the completion of projects with a high degree of quality.

• Have 5-10 years of experience as a superintendent in?

• Have experience with Microsoft and Procore or other construction management software?
