Job Description

Mid-sized general contractor looking for an experienced Superintendent with 5+ years in the commercial interiors construction industry. Ideal candidate must have the strong managerial skills that it takes to drive a project from start to finish.

Duties included but not limited to:

• Attend turnover meetings
• Schedule subcontractors and vendors accordingly to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate and schedule required inspections
• Manage the jobsites according to OSHA ensuring safety and cleanliness
• Proactively Identify conflicts and discuss possible resolutions with project team
• Maintain daily log of activities and progress photos in Procore
• Conduct weekly toolbox talks
• Attend and actively participate in weekly progress meetings, prepared with a 2 week lookahead
• Submit all documentation to the project team and end of project

Procore and Microsoft Office Skills are necessary.
