We’re seeking a motivated and energetic Community Outreach Assistant to join a growing outreach and marketing team. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while supporting initiatives that raise awareness for meaningful causes and connect communities.
As a Community Outreach Assistant, you’ll help plan, promote, and execute events and campaigns that inspire action and bring people together. Assist in the planning and execution of community outreach campaigns and local initiatives
Coordinate and promote events , public engagements , and awareness drives
Help develop and distribute marketing and outreach materials aligned with campaign goals
Track and report campaign performance using surveys, analytics tools, and feedback
Conduct research to identify community needs and engagement opportunities
Manage logistics and setup for events, including signage, promotional items, and supplies
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications , Public Relations , or a related field preferred
Excellent written , verbal , and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Passion for community involvement , social causes , and grassroots initiatives
Previous experience in customer service , sales , volunteering , or event coordination is a plus
Team-oriented with a proactive, self-starting attitude
