Property Manager – Commercial Real Estate

One of Upstate New York’s premier property management firms is seeking an experienced  Property Manager to oversee a dynamic portfolio of commercial real estate, including industrial, retail, and medical office space.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of commercial property management experience (industrial, retail, or medical office).
  • Strong background in tenant relations, budgeting, and lease administration.
  • Experience supervising maintenance staff and coordinating construction projects.
  • Familiarity with building technical systems and marketing/leasing strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants and vendors.
  • Oversee compliance with established procedures and company standards.
  • Provide financial oversight, including preparation and management of budgets.
  • Support leasing and marketing initiatives to enhance property performance.
