Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, with a focus on customer service and facilities management. This role requires an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Duties

  • Manage all aspects of property operations, including owner and tenant relations, and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess maintenance needs and ensure safety standards are met.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, managing budgets, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to owners and tenants by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with vendors and staff for maintenance and repair services, ensuring quality work is completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain effective communication with tenants regarding policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in commercial property management.
  • Strong financial background, CAM reconciliations and budgeting.
  • Lease administration.
  • Proficiency in property management software and tools.
  • Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle contracts effectively and manage real estate administrative tasks.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
