Job Summary The Field Assistant supports the daily operational functions of commercial cleaning contracts across multiple client sites. This role plays a key part in ensuring that cleaning services are delivered to the highest standard by assisting in team oversight, performing supply deliveries, supporting new hire training, inspecting building cleanliness, and filling in as needed for janitorial services. The position is field-based and requires excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications - 1-2 years of experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance.
- 1-2 years of some level of leadership.
- Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.
- Must have ability to work both independently, and as a team member.
- Must be detailed oriented and care about service quality.
- Must have time management skills to be able to complete tasks within the allotted budgeted time.
Physical Requirements - Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds frequently.
- Able to work in varied building environments, including office space, restrooms, and industrial settings.
- Must be comfortable driving between multiple locations daily.
Work Schedule - Flexible shifts depending on building needs, typically evening and weekends.
- On-call availability may be required.
