About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to serve as a senior executive with a focus on operational leadership, grants management, and organizational performance. The CAO will be responsible for the Foundation's core administrative functions, including grant-making, compliance, HR, operations, and technology. This role demands a leader who can ensure that all systems and processes are in line with the organization's high-performance standards, driving continuous improvement, accountability, and speed. The successful candidate will also be a strategic partner to the CEO, anticipating risks, and bottlenecks, and proactively recommending solutions. Applicants for the CAO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years of senior leadership experience in administration, finance, or operations. Experience in Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement is essential, as is a strong background in financial and compliance acumen. The role requires a candidate with exceptional leadership, communication, and trust-building skills, as well as technical knowledge in Salesforce, HR, compliance, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed, inventive, bold, disciplined, and results-driven, with a proven track record of being a trustworthy representative and fostering a culture of excellence.
