Summary The Esthetician is accountable for all service provision, minimal waxing standards, customer service standards, and general day-to-day operations as they relate to client management. Responsibilities Implement customer service standards for all internal and external customers; aim to exceed customer expectations from initial inquiry to ongoing client relationship management. Actively engage in ongoing process improvement and embrace learning environment initiatives. Maintain a clean and professional environment, including daily cleaning checklists and other cleaning duties as needed. Provide efficient, effective, and high-quality service following defined minimal waxing service standards; follow all policies and procedures. Includes body and facial waxing, and lash/brow tinting services where applicable. Support and protect the studio culture, including teamwork and brand loyalty. Perform other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork. Follow safety standards in all aspects of performance; report or remove unsafe equipment and attend safety/training sessions. Role Scope and Complexity The esthetician reports directly to the studio Manager and/or Owner and is accountable for all service provisions. The esthetician is responsible for meeting established minimal waxing and customer service standards, focusing on both internal customers (staff, volunteers, interns, vendors) and external customers (current clients and potential clients). Also accountable for client retention and referral networks.
