Average $245-$270 daily, depending on runs

$2,000 RETENTION BONUS!

Health Benefits: medical, prescription, dental, and vision after 60 Days
Eligible for Safety bonus
Simplified Orientation: Starts online and concludes at your local terminal

Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:

$50 every week of your referred driver's first year
$500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months

Work and Route

Days/Shifts: Monday through Friday with mandatory 6th day when needed
Hours: 8 to 14-hour days, varies on plant needs/changes and driver capacity
Start Times: 11am, 3pm or 7pm
Pickups/Deliveries: Typically 2 loads per day
Driving/Delivery Area: Local loads from area processing plants to Mount Pleasant Rendering Plant, Rendering plant to feed mills and pet manufacturers
Equipment: day cabs and sleeper trucks with automatic transmission
Load: some live unload 40' - 45' hopper trailers, tankers, dump trailers. Approximately 80% pre-loaded and ready to pull
Must be willing to cross train and pull hopper bottom and fat tanker loads when necessary
Home Time: daily (rare occasions of spending the night in truck/motel)

CDL-A Shuttle/Short-haul/Local Truck Driver Requirements:

At least 21 years old
CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
Must have 48’-53' tractor trailer experience
Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
