NIGHTS & WEEKENDS NEEDED! This is an exciting Call Center position in a local office. The Call Center Representative is responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, fielding customer questions, scheduling and coordinating appointments for our sales estimators at our different locations. Data entry skills needed to set customer appointments. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Minimum educational level - High School or equivalent. Pleasant phone manner/voice. Ability to multi-task. Flexible work schedule. Weekend and evening availability is required.
