Description PATLive is seeking skilled and personable individuals for a remote role handling incoming calls for the Florida Department of Financial Services related to the My Safe Florida Home Program. This position requires excellent customer service skills, a professional phone presence, and successful completion of a Level 2 background check. - Full-Time Availability: You are available to work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable using computers and navigating software applications.
- Required Equipment: A high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse are required for optimal performance.
- Dedicated Workspace: You have a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.
- Residency: We currently prefer candidates from Florida, Tennessee, and Texas for existing job opportunities.
