Were currently hiring an Entry-Level Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our client campaigns by driving customer engagement, increasing brand visibility, and contributing to sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally represent our clients brands in top national retailers to drive awareness and customer acquisition
• Engage with customers directly to provide product and service information, answer questions, and build lasting relationships
• Support client campaigns by generating new leads, managing customer accounts, and delivering consistent service
• Assist in the execution of business development initiatives and communication strategies
• Participate in team training sessions, sales meetings, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a business development or leadership track
• Able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• Professionalism, integrity, and a willingness to be coached
• No prior sales experience is required- training is provided
