- Source, interview, and match candidates to open positions
- Manage candidate lifecycles and administrative duties with finesse
- Conduct orientations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Collaborate with sales to expand business opportunities and customer relationships

- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and customers.
- Experience in temp staffing (will consider a similar client-facing role)
- Windows and Microsoft Office adept - Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.
- Willing to travel locally to support recruiting, sales, and other operational needs
- Availability to work on-site Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Open to occasional work outside the typical workday to support customer needs
