We are seeking a Beer Garden Server to become an integral part of our team! This position is located at the Wrentham Premium Outlets, Wrentham, MA 

In this role, you will be responsible for serving beer, wine, wine mix drinks and prepare quick food orders in a beer garden open setting.This is a cool opportunity to be a brand ambassador for 67 Degrees and work at the largest and busiest outdoor mall in New England. This is a tipped wage position where the server will earn an hourly wage in addition to cash and credit card tips.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quick food items for Beer garden patrons
• Serve beer, wine, and wine cocktails to patrons
• Explain to guests about menu items
• Clean, prepare, and maintain the outdoor seating area in a neat manner
• Greet and make all guests feel welcome in the beer garden area
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
• Perform other beer garden related tasks as requested

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, food service, beer garden, brewery, or other related fields
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to build rapport with guests
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• E-tips certification or ability to complete the training online
