Responsibilities Wholesale Parts Salesperson:

• Manage the full wholesale parts sales process from inquiry to delivery
• Communicate professionally with internal departments, repair shops, and retail customers
• Accurately quote pricing, check availability, and process orders
• Read and understand parts catalogs and customer estimates
• Maintain inventory and place special orders when necessary
• Set up parts for daily shipments, deliveries, or pickups
• Monitor out-of-stock items and submit emergency orders as needed
• Accept customer payments or process credit authorizations
  
  

Qualifications Wholesale Parts Salesperson:

• GM Dealership experience is a plus!
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Wholesale dealership experience (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Experience with Collision and Repair shops (preferred)
• Have strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
• Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Must be focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Valid state driver's license
